I realised there is a dearth of personal finance articles for the Chinese-educated and hence I am writing a Mandarin article, hopefully brushing up my language at the same time. People with Chinese-educated parents can consider letting them read this:
Aviva MyShield Moratorium Underwriting
Aviva’s MyShield is currently the only Medisave-approved integrated Medishield policy of the 5 offered in the market to offer Moratorium Underwriting alongside the more traditional Full Medical Underwriting option. Full Medical Underwriting requires the applicant to fully disclose material facts of his medial history and conditions. The insurer will then decide whether to exclude declared pre-existing conditions or even decline the application.
Some FAQs on Insurance
Have been getting some recurring questions as well as repeated search queries reaching this site. I think it will be good if I can answer some of the more frequently asked questions about insurance.
Enhanced Aviva MyShield
Good news to MyShield policyholders and people considering to take up MyShield – Aviva has recently enhanced MyShield, their integrated Medishield policy designed to insure against healthcare costs in Singapore. Even better news would be that these improvements in benefits do not come with any increases in premiums.
Here are the notable enhanced benefits:
